  • Understanding of affiliate marketing models and general business processes in affiliate marketing field;
  • Proven experience in managing high-level partners or media content acquisition teams;
  • Strong connections with partners in the community as well as market leaders, media, event organizers, and major platforms;
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience in closing large deals;
  • Proficient in CRM tools, trackers, and performance monitoring panels;
  • Advanced level of proficiency in English and Ukrainian languages.

Responsibilities

  • Implementation of a strategy for attracting partner affiliates;
  • Building and developing long-term relationships with high-income partners;
  • Negotiating individual offers (RevShare, Hybrid, CPA) and exclusive offers;
  • Collaboration with teams working with brands and partners on joint initiatives;
  • Representing the company at major industry conferences and networking events (SBC, SIGMA, IGB, and others);
  • Studying industry analytics and market situation;
  • Initiating strategic partnerships and joint activations through daily communication, meetings, and joint events;
  • Closely working with marketing and partnership teams to align partnership marketing strategies with overall business goals.
